We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • โœ… Product received is damaged or defective
  • โœ… Wrong product delivered
  • โœ… Product has expired

โฑ๏ธ Return Request Time

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

๐Ÿ“ธ Proof Requirement

To process your return, please share:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • Product is opened, used, or tampered with
  • Seal is broken
  • Change of mind/dislike

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed withinย 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed viaย bank transfer/UPI

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

๐Ÿšš Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team (if serviceable)
  • In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed)
