๐ฆ Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- โ Product received is damaged or defective
- โ Wrong product delivered
- โ Product has expired
โฑ๏ธ Return Request Time
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
๐ธ Proof Requirement
To process your return, please share:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product and packaging
โ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:
- Product is opened, used, or tampered with
- Seal is broken
- Change of mind/dislike
๐ธ Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed withinย 5โ7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed viaย bank transfer/UPI
๐ Replacement Option
- In case of damaged or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
๐ Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team (if serviceable)
- In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed)
