14 Days Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and that the tags, boxes, and other packaging is intact.

1. Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered with by the courier services.
2. Please make a video while opening the Packaging as supporting proof.
3. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
4. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly.
Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a customer service representative. In the case of larger items, you may be asked to submit a photograph of the damage.

We’ll need your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged so we can arrange for the damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.

When Returns & Exchanges are not possible:

• Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
• For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headaches, flavor Like/dislikes, flavor differences from one brand to another etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our products.
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Product is damaged/tampered with because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
• Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
• Improper storage of product
• Stock Clearance Product are not Eligible for Returns / Replacement.
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
• Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units

Please note, you will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 2 to 4 days from the receipt of your items to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, please don’t hesitate to raise it with the Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.
