Ingredient

Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate), Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Lecithin, Sucralose, Salt, Acesulfame Potassium.

Usage

Add one (1) scoop of R1 Protein powder to one (1) cup *8oz) of cold water. Stir or blend until smooth.
